Terms of Use

1. The service
bibs.bio lets athletes create a public page with photos, links, products, results and races. The service is operated by PrimeMerch OG and is free of charge. We may change, extend or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice before we discontinue the service.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account and must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login safe. One person, one account.
3. Your content
- You are responsible for everything you publish on your page.
- You only upload photos, logos and texts you have the rights to use, and pictures of other people only with their consent.
- If you earn commission through links or codes, you disclose this where the law requires it. Your page shows a general affiliate notice automatically.
- No illegal, hateful, misleading or sexually explicit content, no impersonation and no spam.
You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive license to host, display and technically adapt it (for example resize images) as needed to run the service, for as long as it is online.
4. Links
Your link is personal. Links that infringe trademarks or impersonate others may be reassigned or removed.
5. Reports and moderation
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks these terms, using the report link on every page or by email to office@primemerch.co. We review reports carefully, promptly and without automated decisions. If we remove or restrict content or an account, we tell the affected user what we did and why, and they can object by replying to that email; we then review the decision again. We only act against content where it is illegal or clearly breaks these terms.
6. Ending the use
You can hide your page or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these terms or the law. Where reasonable, we warn you first.
7. Liability
The service is free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury; statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Please keep your own copies of important content.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the editor at least 30 days in advance; you can delete your account if you do not agree. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: office@primemerch.co.
